With a Fine Arts Degree and a Diploma in Interior Design from Rachana Sansad, Deshna, who has also trained at the LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, treats each space as a blank canvas ready to be painted. With over 8 years of industry experience as a designer, Deshna's design philosophy is rooted in the idea of empathy followed by distinct action.
She strives to understand her clients' needs in their entirety so she can provide a distinct design solution that is holistic and honest. Her travels around the world and experiences as a seasoned artist and an art history aficionado inform Deshna's style and philosophy and add to her repertoire as a designer. After having practiced Interior Design for over 36 years under the name of Sajja Interiors, Amod Kasliwal joins Deshna Kasliwal Design Studio in the capacity of a senior advisor and a consultant.
Amod handles the complete end to end execution of all our projects by efficiently managing his team of over 20+ contractors. His impeccable knowledge of the market, materials and construction techniques ensures utmost precision and efficient execution. His experience in Real Estate allows him to handle large scale projects for and is a strict regulator of timelines, transparency in pricing and clean design.
He follows the philosophy of less is more and is always striving for perfection. Amod's mission for the company includes onboarding commercial clients, further expanding his team and delivering world class projects.

Hardik brings a diverse mix of computer engineering, law, government liasoning, and marketing experience with him. In the last 6 years, he's built companies in the fields of marketing, advertising, legal, consumer goods and consulting.

Dhwani Rathod is a distinguished graduate from Rachana Sansad, showcasing a profound ardor for art and architecture fueled by a meticulous attention to detail and empathetic client engagement. Her professional development is greatly influenced by her extensive travels, which immerse her in diverse cultural perspectives. As a committed team member, Dhwani exudes enthusiasm and dedication in her collaborative endeavors.
Ashish graduated with a degree in Interior Design from ITM, Nerul, and has refined his skills with insights from DKDS. He excels at creating inspiring, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, helping clients achieve their dream interiors. Need help with design dilemmas or moving a couch? Ashish is your go-to person. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and indulging his inner foodie, always fueling his creativity.
Megha's passion for design and art led her to pursue a master's in Interior Design from UID. With nearly two years of experience, she excels at understanding clients' lifestyles and preferences while maintaining professionalism and passion. Outside of work, she enjoys music, films, and exploring cafes.
Khushi is an enthusiastic undergraduate student from MET school of Architecture and Interior Design, Nashik. She comes with a fresh perspective and is eager to learn and grow in the industry. She is committed to explore the world of design with an open mind while thriving on new experiences. Her passion for design is complemented by her love for music and coffee, which keeps her inspired and motivated in her work.
